If your goal is to scale and leverage equity to buy more, keeping that interest rate won't make much sense since you are limiting your lending options. 

It is zoned A-20 or agriculture medium scale.

Any advice for the residential real estate investor that is scaling up to apartment building investing but doesn't own an apartment building yet, so no experience in commercial properties?

One question I have is the smell like super super bad like on a scale of 1-10 is it a 10, an animal died bad or like a 3, someone had too much bean chili bad?

I like them as tenants but would need more scale to own the business. 

Maybe on a good deal here and there, but not if you’re trying to achieve scale  

Im looking to scale my business next year and bring on help. 

I was and still am on the skepticism scale but now to a lesser degree.  

Lacking some of the experience I needed to jump into a project of this scale I partnered with a friend/mentor who had a handful of value add projects under his belt.

Goals for next year are to scale both things and be more aggressive with my growth.
