I understand Chicago Title, which ran the search, is reputable, so are their findings reliable?

We currently live in California and are looking in for deals in either the Jacksonville or Tampa metropolitan areas.We are searching for a duplex, triplex, or fourplex with a max budget of 300K, as well as a reputable property management company.

*not always true Reputation - one thing I learned from BP is that reputations for these TK businesses isn't always the best.

They seemed to be the most reputable of the RTA cabinet shops I found and they seem to have frequently recurring sales.  

Working with someone who has a reputation that is too valuable to tarnish is another wise move.

My question is would there by a way to check that this person is reputable? 

Especially in the marketplace, the "started by" is more interesting than the last poster-- I am more likely to read a post that was started by someone who has a good reputation, regardless of who the last poster is.

I was wondering if there’s a good reputative property manager there with good team that I should know about please don’t hesitate to give me a ring.

They lend their name, reputation, and success to a company that hires MLM types of individuals to sell a program.
