New Investor Looking at Tulsa, OK

Hey BP!

I found the podcast and website through another finance podcast that I listen to and was hooked immediately! My wife and I are looking to become investors and are interested in the Tulsa area. Our model will be to buy and hold, likely starting with SFH's.

I am from Kansas City originally but met my wife when we were both at school in Tulsa. I am currently an engineer working in Houston, TX so we may be looking at long distance investing, at least in the short term.

As we get started we are trying to build our team, especially since we are starting long distance. Making visits to Tulsa won't be difficult but I think having trusted folks there day-to-day would be a huge help. If any of you have buyers agents in Tulsa that you would recommend or a property manager that you have had a good experience with, we would love to take suggestions.

Thanks for your help and looking forward to starting this new adventure!

Bryan
