Our in house GCs know exactly how to build to code in Baltimore City/County and we only use skilled labor, so our prices are a little higher, but investors understand cause the quality and reliability are there. 

I personally know this person & know they would be a reliable renter.

I also see that its not very reliable, but for a free service, it has alot to offer.. is it really free?
