If you're going the BRRRR route, make sure you have your refi lender lined up in advance since you're dealing with a mobile home.

My go to portable air cleaner is a 28" Germ Guardian from Amazon for $100.

There is a mobile home there, as well, that a family member used to live in. 

@Guillermo Vladimir RoblesI can only think of three strategies if 50K is your total budget:1) Subject to (you'd have to be able to pick up a significant mortgage payment)2) Mobile homes too old to qualify for conventional financing3) Lease a really nice car and buy some designer suits.

Mobile home park?

at least you were able to keep the old format/theme before, but they've disabled it now. everything is going mobile, but it's atrocious to see how much space is wasted on a nice wide screen monitor. the good ol' "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" fits to the T here. i say keep the old format for the desktops and the new one for the cell users, or at least have that option to switch back and forth. 

Or perhaps I could try a portable coffee cart across the street -- if the gas station would allow us to park there.  

I’m hoping of getting a property in Charlotte North Carolina possibly mobile home to do minor renovations and then rent it out or sell.

Wondering if anyone has experience in dealing with abandoned mobile homes in a park.
