We have a very large vacation rental market here due to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, great golf courses, and a number of other entertainment venues.  

Added some appliances, Replaced some broken appliances, fixed a few small things, and replaced outdoor flight of steps.

I also want who ever I give it to ... to chronicle the rehab for the audience here on BP.. as a form of learning and entertainment.. please respond on this thread..

And, always see if an owner will entertain terms. 

I only entertain really good off market deals from skilled wholsalers or future deals I get heads up from my network or aggressive investor agents who have an inside track.
