Vacation home plus income property

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to invest in an income property that can also double up as a vacation home. We are pretty flexible in evaluating different states/cities but starting thinking about Florida, given the vacation option we are personally looking for plus the stronger rental trending in the state.

Looking for advice on few towns/cities we should consider and what to keep in mind as we evaluate properties. My budget is around 200-300K.

Thanks!
