@Elvin Tolentino here is an article on how to finance projects (brrrrs specifically, but I think you might still find it useful).Yes, you cannot purchase a home conventionally in a LLC... however, dig deeper on this as there are maneuvers post-close you can do including lender approved assumptions into an LLC.
