I collected rents the old fashion way, the brought checks/cash/money orders to the office or mailed or they were picked up by someone for me.The ATM card seems fine, except that there is a partial payment/eviction issue, by the time you get in front of a judge if they are a couple hundred bucks behind the judges here find more heart for the tenant, especially the first try.A caution, your account number isn't hard to get, it's out there.
