Unless someone has a large backing of investors, conventional financing will be hard to find for a project of this nature. 

I only posted to this forum because this is my ideal field of interest since I want to be involved in large scale deals.

Just go to a local home goods store and you might find some cool options.I recently redid my own place with new window treatments, and I found a helpful comparison website to check out various options and prices.

I hate to say this, and I may be wrong, but in order to maintain the status quo, we may need another large attraction to draw more people to the area, a big splash to keep them coming at the pace of the new construction.  

Our pricing is based largely on what we believe it will take to accomplish the goals of the client.

I've used Stanley before and had success in removing similar stains, but the house is huge and Stanely gets expensive with my large square footage.
