I wonder if sales persons at the dealer calls all those sellers in Craigslist names because he didn't make any money.

I am not PC or walking on egg shells around the office...Now I'm not trying to get canned, but I am not a slave to a corporation, I am not an employee who doesn't act or respond like a real human, I am not someone who is desperately trying to get a raise to middle/upper management.

But I plan on playing  the long game, Like I said I am new to this game, and I am  willing to make lots of mistakes but wanting to learn as I go as well from you awesome humans.

Shelter is a basic human need.

That is not true in every industry but for now, houses, apartments and tenants need human being to manage them :-)
