Hey Bp fam,

I am just about to close on a brand new property in brownsville Texas. This will be my first real estate investment property. Goal is to own 2 more before the end of the year. But I need help with management. I live in Florida, I run my Own business and I want my real estate journey Business to be more successful than my current. So basically putting together my system.   Couple of questions for you

1. What steps will you take if you were in my shoes?

2.How will ou go about managing your first investment property?

3. How will you market is to potential tenants?

4. Have you, or will you advice me to manage my first investment property?  Or will you hire a PM?

Reason I am asking is because the property is not going to be cash flowing yet. But I plan on playing  the long game, Like I said I am new to this game, and I am  willing to make lots of mistakes but wanting to learn as I go as well from you awesome humans.

Thanks in advance

Abraham
