Hello BP family-- One question-- how do you get over the initial fear and just jump into it. 

To make matters worse, the "replay" video went out Never fear, our intrepid Brandon is hosting a make-up session tonight! 

Despite everything we have learned trying to get set up I gotta say I'm afraid to take that leap I fear what I don't know and don't know what I don't know.

Analysis paralysis are for those who fear to fail.

Fear of penalties under the new rules is constraining new mortgage origination.So what can we conclude:It seems like its a pretty good time to be a buy and hold investor.

Many startup investors have a fear about getting properties under contract.  

I have offered to work with people before only to find out that their fear (of work or failure I don't know which) was to great for them to take action.I am not a coach and I don't charge for coaching.

And most of their actions fear based (paranoia). 

I'M SO EXCITED THAT I TOOK ACTIONON GETTING STARTED AND OVERCOMING MY FEAR AND I GOT RESULTS I ADDED 3 BUYER TO MY BUYERS LIST AND A LOT MORE TO CALL JUST HAD TO SHARE!!!

One other note: I thought you sounded familiar and after looking realized you were the guy in this post: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/52/topics/248...Take this for what it cost, but you are going to have a rough haul of it long-term as a landlord if you let overblown fears/concerns about property color your interaction with tenants/potential tenants.
