Taking that Initial Jump

Hello BP family-- One question-- how do you get over the initial fear and just jump into it.  The desire is there, my company has been established and I'm eager to change my life but now I just need to jump.  As a newbie sometimes you don't know all of the next and right steps.  I've listened to many podcasts and read several books.  Can someone share their own experience if you can relate?  Thanks in advance
