The house isn't really cash flowing, more barely breaking even, but it fits for my current life situation.I felt like this would be too much money to just leave in the bank so I figured I could expand my real estate portfolio and start building wealth!

I am the face that the sellers associate with the marketing campaign so I like to say I am the "talent," but I will say it does help to break up the tasks.

No seller wants someone who can barely, maybe, qualify for the loan.....they'd rather have someone they have confidence in.  

Why are you holding on to the property when you will be facing extensive negative cash flow.

The guys who were barely getting by in a mobile home would offer you a cold drink or give you a couple dollars tip for having to grunge around in their ugly crawl space. 

EEM deposit on its face is not equitable interest.. 

In face I'm already thinking about my buyers as I'm walking through a house and can tell which ones will tell me I'm crazy and which ones will says it's perfect.
