They may do this because either (1) they are just plain greedy and they can, (2) they don’t feel they’re generating sufficient fees to justify their property management business, or for a variety of other reasons.Poor service quality.

My theory is that my call back percentage will increase, but the quality of the calls will decrease and thus a similar conversion to deals will not necessarily pay for the added expense of hand addressing.If context is needed to answer, I'm probably just going to send a colored #10 envelope to a variety of lists.
