Hello. I was hoping to get some recommendations on finding a multi family mentor or enrolling in some kind of mentorship program (at a cost I’m sure). Any advice is appreciated . Thank you

If you're brand new to real estate, I'd recommend not starting with mentoring quite yet. Start learning the basics for free or cheap through YouTube videos, podcasts, and books. Peter Harris has a ton of great content on YouTube. If you search around you'll find a wide variety of books that can get you started.

Then once you've learned the basics like the difference between Cap Rate and Cash on Cash Return, how to analyze a market, and basic deal analysis/underwriting, you'll have a better basis to pick the right mentor for you.
