5 days ago from yesterday would have been Friday.

Hi all - finally hit the ground running and closed on my second (first real investment property) property on Friday, and have been trying to get a tenant into one of the units (other unit is occupied) ASAP.Here is my process, and I'm sure ready for some advice and/or tweaks you would recommend.

I don't know how dense your city is, but knock 100 doors a day, no matter what, Monday-Friday.

One property I thought would work as a flip was released late on a Friday.  

Here are some dark painted cabinets of a house we just put on the market last Friday.

Good Friday, house came on in the morning , estate sale, i was listing one that morning and couldnt get there until 2:00, it was a deal.

i promise I will take my items one by one and answer this weekend-no time today on friday.

@Jeffrey Reyes ,Just finished a 4plex in E Oakland w/ lots of CF, and got into contract in "gentrifying W Oakland" on a duplex last Friday w/ a partner originally from here on BP.

Unfortunately, our investors and a chunk of our mastermind students who bid on assets and had verbal agreements that they were the approved buyers on a Friday afternoon found out on Monday that Chaz/Granite sold the asset to someone over the weekend.
