The financial demographic in that area makes even a very cheap renter's policy the difference between paying that premium and paying another bill.

I am very excited to begin this journey because I’m ready to start living financially free and start a job that does not feel like a job!

I want to use investment properties in order to live a life financially secure, and create a purpose that will get me excited to jump out of bed in the morning.Hopefully we can connect and build together.

Honestly, in 90% of cases, our MH rentals have outperformed any other asset (when returns viewed on per-unit basis).  

Some of the collection agencies sue if they think it will be profitable (they've identified assets and you haven't sued).

I know there are inherent differences between these assets and SFH such as mandatory HOA, shared wall(s), no/small yards, but from an investment perspective, are they truly that different? 

Even if it seems financially attractive, factors like the property's location and condition will impact on the level of challenges and the frequency you will experience. 

These questions apply to all Real Estate Asset Classes ( Residential, CRE, e.t.c).
