Hello experienced BP REIs, do you have any recommendations for DECENT, DEPENDABLE, HONEST and RELIABLE EXPERT CONTRACTORS (you've worked with in the past) in the HOUSTON, TX. area? Also, what REI friendly Real Estate Agents can you recommend? In addition, what lenders have been best to work with from your experience?
