It's a broad economic indicator that is tangential to real estate.

We are now 3-4 months into the COVID-19 crisis.  

If there is an existing loan, does it make economic sense to refi (ie how long will it take in interest payment savings to recoup the cost of the refinance)?

This would make the housing crisis much, much worse.  

Flipping I'd say is a risky strategy to get into as a beginner at this point in the market cycle especially considering the current economic uncertainty, but on the other hand demand is also super high and inventory super low, which supports being able to sell a flip fast, so maybe it is a good time to flip.

From my perspective, almost everyone has economically suffered by the pandemic. 

Going in, I'd be ecstatic to hear how you guys have been networking effectively under the current economic climate and tips for shifting towards networking virtually.

I do not have an LLC, just a person with a property with tenants that have not been able to pay rent for over 6 months, and can’t evict them with the current crisis.
