I understand all of the coastal towns & who their guests are, more importantly, compare data on all of these markets to help you decide which town is the best spot for your home.

They're paper worth went into the crapper for years but funny thing is they kept making as much money as ever because they just kept holding.So monitor your debt closely and stress test a temporary drop in rents or the impact of a cash out refi.   

They have access to the MLS and can pull historical data easily.

The last chart the CMHC released is 2019 so the data needs to be updated but for Edmonton this amount is $66,600 and Calgary is $69,500. 

I used to use an agent's website that pulled the info directly from the MLS, but they updated their website and the new site doesn't have that data displayed anymore. 

Does anyone know if we could pull the Quickbooks data into Quicken?

I have compiled some data and put it into a spreadsheet to create my list.

You can get all sold data from county or propstream but it won't have "sold for" price.

Alternatively you could just take the drywall you test fit, throw a little construction adhesive on the back, slide it in behind the trim, and use some "mud framing" to reform the corners, give it a quick sand, paint, and caulk.

Can anyone tell me how accurate the crime data maps are?
