After I upg property and it was increased rent amount in MLS; they provided deposit as new rental amount ; but they want to pay rent as old advertised amount which is $100 less.Tenant is asking for $100 less on monthly rent or 6 month lease instead of initial 2-year lease which husband signed and received key from my agent.What are my option now?
