need help on tenant moving after 3 days

Here is my story and I need help from you all:

I have a tenant who just (2 days) moved in to my rental properties and i also used Agent to rent out this property. Agent handed out key to husband with home inspection and he only signed the contract and informed my agent that his wife will sign next day.

Next day, they signed the same lease but they hand written-down lower rent in lease which $100 less than actual lease which i agreed on.

Now, tenant Agent is saying my agent adveritse as lower rent when there was no upg in the property. After I upg property and it was increased rent amount in MLS; they provided deposit as new rental amount ; but they want to pay rent as old advertised amount which is $100 less.

Tenant is asking for $100 less on monthly rent or 6 month lease instead of initial 2-year lease which husband signed and received key from my agent.

What are my option now?

Thanks in advance for your prompt response.
