As a CRE Investment Broker in multifamily I can see the transition from individual investors, to partnerships, to developers, to institutional investors.

Although I have obligations from my career and business I am excited about this new step in my life but want to slowly transition into becoming the landlord of these apartments in the most successful way possible. 

I am trying to stay in the D+ transitioning to C, all opportunity zones in New Jersey.

@Marty Summers, I completed several BRRRR refinances in 2018 and in each case I transitioned from short-term debt to 30 year fixed within an LLC.

Transitions are hard for her. 

And hopefully you can get here reasonably soon to avoid having to transition directly from a Colorado winter to an Arizona summer...

Our CPA and I set up a plan on our transition and I'll integrate them with my management software (Smartsheet) to ensure more seemless integration and automation of tasks.

It's right on the edge of an improving downtown, but still in a transitional area. 1 block north there are (very large) million dollar historic homes, but 1 block south is a C-ish area.

As someone who started out flipping and transitioned to House Hacking, I would definitely agree with the people above.

I made the transition to running my own company just 6 months ago and it's taking off and doing amazing.
