Need some help getting started with my first flip.

I would love to connect with someone in the Kelso Longview area . I own a construction company and have 3 full time employees. We mainly work residential. My previous job I flipped over 60 homes in 4 years for a agent in Kelso and made him over a million dollars I'm sure. I made the transition to running my own company just 6 months ago and it's taking off and doing amazing. I had to make the change because my talent was being taken advantage of without a partnership or percentage when I ran the construction side of his business. I'm at the point where I know the market and what properties are worth and exactly how to flip every property with the crew to do it in 4 weeks or less on most projects but have zero buying power and need help.
