I don't mean to discourage you, but it is a very tough market currently. 

@Gia S. it sounds like you have some tough decisions ahead of you.

I can see it being tough to rent in the winter though if a normal vehicle has trouble getting up the hill.

It's a tough call.

I agree, it’s pretty tough especially since everything is virtual.

@Lauren Hay-Lavitt   Tough to get a valid answer I think as the cities are so far apart in a way, that probably few investors investor in all 4 and probably few invest in 2 of the 4....I can tell you probably all 4 are on fire....lots of investors, not enough properties, prices and rents climbing so far.One though in DFW area is to be very very careful with TK. 

The preservation of historic features might keep the neighborhood beauty, but the costs are higher to find workers with the skills to make it so. 

With that said, it's tough to rent out in December/Jan/Feb. 

Finding a place to house hack "traditionally" that cash flows is tough these days.
