I think everyone should start there. if you are an investor, with a good portfolio & no interest in representing others a investor friendly broker is a good idea. probem is most of those brokers dont want to carry you unless they know you, because of the liability, and also they are providing you little to no support

In terms of what to ask for in a PM, ask what platforms they use—not just Airbnb vs VRBO, but if they use a channel manager, a pricing tool, etc. who pays for that?
