Finding the Right Brokerage to work with as an Agent/Investor

Reaching out to hear what specific brokerages you believe best support individual investors who would also like to help others buy/sell/invest as a licensed sales agent. I finally did my pre-licensing courses and passed the exams here in Las Vegas, Nevada. I have interviewed with several brokers who were amazing, but just would appreciate any advice from seasoned sales agents who are also investing? I want to be able to choose the right broker and I do have a few more interviews lined up, just want to ask you experts already doing this. Any advice you can provide is appreciated!
