Not only can the actual rates change by "tomorrow", but I would be customizing it for every Client, based on my secret-sauce formula for gauging the quality of the deal they're presenting and, their risk of defaulting.My suggestion is: just ask any/many Lenders.

That creates a huge pressure on rents. 3) Demand / Supply: Strict zoning laws and NIMBY prevent overbuilding which keeps housing supply extremely limited.

What alot of people miss is even with pipe bursting on pressurized lines is you have to dig down at each service and mannually attach the service.
