If you get wishy-washy answers to they need to 'get back to you', that's not a good sign.Once you have narrowed down your best options to your top one or two, make the trip out to meet them.

Narrow down up to three cities/regions where you would like to invest in and stick to those three areas.

You can always expand but initially I think it works best when you keep your focus narrow. 

Are you trying to sell both A and B and purchase a new prop (C) in the midwest, or is prop A already in midwest so your goal is simply to move there?

And: is your time and energy better spent working on something narrow, like one OR the other, or is your time and energy better spent a bit broader, so do BOTH?  

B and D are much more equal with a slight favoring of D's lower balance over B's slightly higher rate and monthly payment.

I have Class A/B and prospect tenant looking in the area usually have good incomes and this is typically done on most rental properties.
