Can anyone offer some advice on private money lending?

The only factor I was able to find that supported a relatively high price and rental estimate, it that it does appear to be in a lower crime part of the neighborhood (relative to the rest of the neighborhood).Thanks in advance I appreciate any feedback on either the NORADA site, or other things I should be considering when analyzing a potential rental property that is out of state.Thanks,Zack

I haven't done my due diligence yet but I wonder why the national builder are not going to make money in Columbus if it is such a growing market. they do make money.

I know there are those that make money there but to me that risk is not worth it.

I keep the rmd the lowest possible however to secure a loan on a home I inherited I had to adjust the rmd higher...now I want to move it back where it was because I am very conservative and like to have money for the unforseen future . 

Those are the organizations that are highly likely also going to support finding their hires a place to live and if you can connect with them and become a preferred vendor, you've cut out the middle man i.e. furnished finder.

How could i get this money without a loan because i still study at university.

One of my colleagues house hacks himself, and I plan on doing it as well once I can get the cash to put money down!

It was our fault so it is what it is, but it sucks that an honest mistake that would have been a super tiny inconvenience for the guest ended up being a huge thing for us with a monetary fine and likely lots of money lost in future reservations.
