Marco-Yes, I learned to mitigate this risk, by making sure I paint all the assets I own in the same uniform color throughout.

Eventually I would certainly like to get into syndicating because I have heard some real good solid things about it and, it is a tremendous way to mitigate risk while certainly getting a piece of the pie.
