Of course you could work for a property management company that already exists as an agent and do a good bit, show properties, sign leases, and other agent only duties... but if you want to open your own, you will have to work under a broker for 2 years and become a broker yourself.

While in Austin I was going to get my RE sales license and focus on leases/apartment locating, but now that I am back in New Orleans I have noticed that the leasing works totally different here,  hence puts my plan out of commission.

@Alison P.I wouldn't get in the middle of the truck damage itself, but I would consider looking through your lease and sending a notice of violation.

I got it back and they left a large portion of it blank with the explanation "I'm still going to be responsible for the full lease, so Abbi didn't fill out the income part, and her lease history is the same as mine."
