West Adams has been supposed to gentrify for a long time - beautiful Victorian housing stock, vibrant history, central, convenient to freeways.  

It works fine and doesn't damage anything while it's convenient and her guests can just take them from there easily.I suppose it's just a hack to use the dishwasher this way, and @Karen Margrave didn't ask about dishwashers, but maybe it's still useful to someone. haha Good luck with your decisions!

We've been working really hard this year to make it the smartest, easiest way to track your business miles, but also realize there's a lot we can do to make it more convenient.

Roofing and siding are very profitable, trim work is not showing much profit, but it gives me a lot of other benefits such as quality control, keeps my employees busy, and I the convenience factor of having trim carpenters on my payroll helps me be able to up sell custom trim work to my clients.Ok so with all of that in mind, feel free to chime in with your thoughts/advice.
