Where do you think would be a better place to buy and hold property as an out of state investor. St. Louis, Kansas City, Dallas or Memphis?

@Brian Ewell I always recommend starting by evaluating markets at a macro level. The 3 most important things would be population growth, income growth and job growth. I am constantly evaluating potential markets. Below is a comparison matrix of some of the most popular markets, including most of the ones that you mention. I'll let you draw your own conclusions.
