Looking to invest in Real estate. I’m 23 years old and have about 40k to invest. Any tips on where I should start? I live in Massachusetts, where real estate prices are fairly high. Thanks I’m advance.

Get pre-approved/pre-qualified to find out how much you qualify for, go for an owner-occupied FHA loan for 3.5% down, stay within your budget for downpayment, closing costs and reserves, look in the suburbs of Boston where multi's are more reasonably priced (along the 495 belt).
