You'll still get some properties where there is actually an HOA fee and the agent simply out of laziness or incompetence does not enter it, but this will help weed out a lot of the white noise if that is your goal.

As many college students are grinding, paying student loans, etc...

J,As you know, I have narrowed down to a few favorite indicators to tune out all the noise from so many leading and lagging economic indicators. 

You have recourse and now is the time to make noise and get what you deserve.That said, the closing is when all parties have something on the line and that's when you need to have all your calculations and due diligence completed.  

Gotta love the grind and the education process.

I know working a W2 job and doing the daily grind is hard and you may be tired at the end of the work day, but crave out a specific amount of time each day to somehow further your real estate education or network.

Finally, after the frustration noise in my final attempt for a response in an email I was told that my account would not renew and I was confirmed for cancelling.
