Hello Everyone... Newbie from I.E./SoCal

Hello my name is Jeff Sitti, currently from the Inland Empire area in Southern California... I was advised to check this site 6 months ago by a family member... And I have been frequently reading discussions since. I have finally had the nerve to create a profile, which I should have done from the start.

Like I'm sure many have felt the minute they began to surf this site, I was just lost for words the amount of useful information on BP. So I would like to thank the selfless individuals who gave guys like me the opportunity to learn from their experience. This site is absolutely priceless... As many college students are grinding, paying student loans, etc... The experienced vets on this site, just open heartedly share their knowledge to those who are willing to listen and learn. I can't begin to say thank you enough...

About me, just a regular guy, who spends countless hours at work... people managing, and watching my life fade away... I work late shifts, so I just want an opportunity to work from home, and spend the priceless time I have, with my 2 kids...that is what motivates me... time with family and a opportunity to provide a good life for them. That's what is so great about this community, at my work those experienced vets hang on to their knowledge and insight for fear of job security... I just seek a great opportunity in RE, absorb as much knowledge as possible... and apply... I worked for a few months as a bird dog, but my lack of real estate knowledge or lingo, was frustrating... so now I'm studying to be a RE agent, and soon get involved in small investing or wholesaling. I would be absolutely grateful if a someone with a lot of patience and willingness to take on a project, would be willing to mentor me... I am highly motivated to get into real estate investing... but I'm green and lack experience. People see right thru a guy like me.

Anyhow, thank you BP for the endless knowledge and opportunities for those like me, who just have the american dream... I know prayers can be answered and God is good...
