Can you recommend me a dedicated commercial real state broker in NJ area?

There is an entire forum dedicated to local meetups.

I know people who can find me a property for under $250K to purchase, and even do the entire rehab for me (they have full time dedicated crew), but I don't have sufficient funds to enter the DC market.

You would be amazed at what you can learn and it shows your dedication.

If you stay dedicated and focused you can achieve anything.

You can create specific folders dedicated to each trade and sort via tags.

If you dedicate time to BP (listen to the podcasts, attend webinars, talk to people, set keyword alerts, etc.), you won't need a dedicated mentor.  

End of the day I think its a highly personal decision based on lifestyle choices, the amount of time you can dedicate to getting a really great deals (which work in any market) and how much value there is on flexablity as well as your own view on the market going forward.

If you are dedicated, motivated, and passionate then go for it.
