@Wendy Vaidic,If you install a shower, I would suggest that you include a "body spray."

did not read responses, but i have 16 of them and for 6 yrs, none have broken. i use the badger 5. i want it louder so they know it's on. they are $80 on amazon and take 15 mins to replace and install. ok, 30 if you are new.you dont "repair" them... you just replace them. they have encapsulated bodies, so no parts you can change.$185 is laughable unless it includes the cost of the unit.our rentals are $995 and up and i have them in ALL units.

Or should I continue working at my job at a body shop and learn that business but my actual goal in life is to get into real estate.

@Sara Lung not really, and speculating on commercial real estate is a whole different ball game and can be extremely risky, but in general it won't have much of an affect, casinos are pretty common and are all over in my area and don't have an impact on surrounding values.

Unfortunately, some CPAs, provide ill-advised guidance to their clients.An IRA's investment gains do not have any impact on allowed contributions.

So yes while the value of properties may fall during a recession, who cares as long as I am getting my rent checks it has no impact on me.I think where you buy also depends on your goals, if you are looking for cash flow, appreciation or both?
