In San Diego there are so many different groups to attend.

I attend the one on Tuesdays in A2.

Next week I plan to go see a Multi-Unit in that area with my agent and the following week I plan to sit down with a Mortgage Loan Officer and see exactly how much money I need for the deal.If you would be interested in attending either the visit with the real estate agent or the sit down with the mortgage loan officer, let me know.

I have read through some other members introductions and saw others suggested attending the next CFRI meeting so I have gotten myself a guest pass for the March 1st meeting.  

I am definitely interested in attending the Anne Arundel Real Estate Investor Meetup. 

You'd also benefit from attending a local REIN meeting.I'm curious to know what local market cycles you've been watching.  

Rich Dad Poor Dad is a great book for beginners and you should be able to find it at the library.Look for a local real estate investors group to join and attend their meetings.  

I still attend the meetups to help other new investors get a head start as well as partner with them by providing funding and guidance to get them through what is usually their first deal.  

Go on Craigslist and look for the "We buy homes cash" guy's, and then start attending your local investment group meetings.
