New BP Member in Winter Garden, FL

Hello everyone,  I am a new BP member in Winter Garden, FL.  Having been interested in real estate investing for a very long time, I recently became an agent with KW.  I have a long term goal of retiring with my own investment portfolio so I am primarily interested in buy and hold or even flip and hold.  I am interested in Single Family as well as Multi Family.

 I have read through some other members introductions and saw others suggested attending the next CFRI meeting so I have gotten myself a guest pass for the March 1st meeting.  I am extremely interested in the downtown Winter Garden area so I watch it very very closely and I am now working with one investor and one family wanting to purchase in the area.

I have been listening to the BP podcast in the car for a few months now (just about all I listen to) so I feel like I have picked up a good bit of knowledge from it but it's nothing compared from the knowledge you gain doing a deal.  If anyone ever wants to talk Winter Garden investments or any other Central Florida strategies I would love to chat.
