It will depend on your confidence level to handle certain tasks. 

They tend to distract you from the task at hand and will try to argue with you and say their favorite line: "This place is cleaner than when I moved in!"

If you take my two cents on the task of acquiring an apartment complex... then the book "ABCs of Real Estate Investing" is a must read.

I know that I could probably manage this myself but would rather shift this task to a professional.
