I get Rob's email every morning, some new thing that only the 10,000 people he has sent it to know about it.  

I pulled up Redfin this morning and looked for single families around me to possible flip and most are already in the $250k range and I only found a few that need TLC and they were in the $350k range so I'm not sure how much I could squeeze out.Anyway, I'm sure I'll be posted lots of questions soon.

He told me he would let me know Tuesday morning.  

Good morning ladies and gentlemen of BP,I am currently active duty Marine Corps and I recently closed on my first property.

This is more of a soliloquy rather than a forum post but it would be nice to hear how other people cope when dealing with similar situations.I had to make five phone calls this morning to long term apartment tenants of a multifamily we just purchased.

I spoke with my attorney earlier and I will call her again in the morning to work on this some more.

The next day I call to setup a foundation inspection and someone other than the owner answers the phone saying the seller was arrested that morning and she wasn't selling the property to me anymore.

Thank you @Parker Detweiler I will have to look into it in the morning.
