Hi Riyanka, I am don't have any contractors that I could recommend, however I would be able to assist with getting you set up with a lender who can provide the purchase and rehab as well as the cash-out when rehab has been completed.

The market is tight right now, with higher interest rates, limited inventory, and high purchase prices making acquisitions challenging.

We have Lowes and other accounts to purchase materials for repairs or renovations.

im looking for advice on financing a purchase. we were hoping to use as little of our money to buy a house and use the BRRR method.

I just purchased my first duplex in April.  

A request for separate compensation should have vanished when you formed an LLC to purchase, and no mention of a 'fee for service' was mentioned.  

Question is - is that the appropriate financing lever, or should I get a conventional FHA as it would be my first purchase?

The property was purchased through a LLC so a conventional loan isn't an option for us.
