Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm  Bethany from New Jersey, just learning and breaking into real estate investing and hopeful to purchase my first short term rental property within the next 6 months.   I'm particularly interested in the Poconos and Upstate NY (Catskills region).

Outside of real estate, I enjoy working as a mental health therapist and traveling the world with my family!
