From what I read, the STR race lately has been predominantly towards the best-looking, amenity rich asset that commands higher ADR.

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth -- make sure its well-fed, its groomed, and is content.

Hello all,26 year old stuck in the rat race in Southern California.

I don't have a pony in this race, but I've attended a couple of the community meetings on the topic while the Council was considering. 

In my spare time, my hobbies include working on and racing cars with NASA AZ, golf, and wakeboarding at the local lakes.I purchased my first 4Br/2Ba Single Family Home in 2015 right after graduating college in Tempe, AZ.

Currently in the Rat Race working for the Dept of Defense, and USAF Reserves.

You have to make sure your numbers work, meaning you don't want to put gold teeth into a dead horse.
