I would also encourage you to identify the REI Arenas you wish to pursue that fit your skill sets, abilities, and excite you.

Many of the questions I've been asking are covered in the course and it's given me a clear understanding of the initial steps on which to focus.For those of you, like me, who are just getting started, I highly encourage you to invest the small amount of time needed to complete the course in order to better position yourself for future success.

For folks that find the current regulatory regime frustrating, I'd encourage you to write your elected representatives! 

Maybe we need to create a group to send marketing and mail to SFR and property owners in CA to encourage them to vote against Rent Control in November. 

I would encourage you to start out close to home.  

I want to help as many people as i can get there with me and so I'm becoming more and more active in this community to encourage and learn.
