50- 50 PROFITS REALLY WITH NO MONEY.
Here to network; with members in the Countie Communities of: Fresno, Madera, Tulare, Merced, Hanford, Kings, Anywhere else in California, Rest of North America, entire Earth. If there are any extraterestrials who want deal with; so much, the better.
About me: My goals. 1. Retail Commercial. PHASE I: REPRESENTING. PHASE II: INVESTOR. PHASE III: DEVELOPER. WHERE I CURRENTLY STAND: JUST A REAL ESTATE LICENSE.
Before I get to any of the three phases however I will have to lead generate more efficiently to get the results I want. Lead generation is what I love to do reasons are. 1. People interaction. 2. Best opportunistic experience to acquire. 3. Most earning potential. I could delegate anything else to a team. If their is no team; create one. Anything is possible. "I love lead generating. Not paperwork; - doing what I love to do is life." I done lead generating very successfully. Without a team. If I had one they would all close successfully. I came to overwhelmed with the volume I was producing. I got most of them preapproved. Most 20 leads event. 5 lead days a week; no kidding.
I persuaded people; but: then, and their. I could do this now I believe more efficiently: through a team.
So farr here in bp I been researching more on a subject of no money downs. a lot of bpers say they could earn more for my time finding sellers, buyers, for retailers; than being an agent. Turns out this is one alternative some bp'ers done their no money downs. 1. Find retailer, investor lender, fund: a. The entire deal. I find this marvellous. b. Still share 50- 50 of the profits. I find this way more marvellous. 2. Go out search sellers. a. What are investors wanting to find in sellers. I heard terms divorce probate saves commission. But I need more in- depth. May anyone name me a fewretailers who share profits for I'm ready to door knock.
